Maria Cherniskie has worked with many top industry choreographers and has performed at Radio City Music Hall and Carnegie Hall. In addition to being a performer, Maria has taught dance to students of all ages for the past thirteen years and is a coach for competitive level gymnastics. She is a mentor for the Creating Opportunities Mentorship program and an adjunct professor in the dance department at Sacred Heart University. Maria holds a B.A. in Psychology, Masters in Reading Education and Connecticut Teaching Certificate. She is also a certified bodyART instructor. Maria believes that dance is the universal language and enjoys getting to know others and helping people get to know her through dance.
